Palm Sunday At Lourdes Church Kanajar

About Palm Sunday: The Sunday before Easter is known as Palm Sunday. It celebrates Jesus arrival in Jerusalem for the Jewish festival of Passover. Great crowds of people lined the streets waving palm branches to welcome him.

25 March 2018: The Palm Sunday was celebrated in “Our Lady Of Lourdes Church” Kanajar. Parishioner gathered near Madmalkal to bless the Palm branches thereafter procession to the church followed by Holy Mass, celebrated by Rev. Fr. Alexander Lewis the Parish Priest.
